Searching for a home

I have, pre-approved,out of state buyers looking for a home with the following:

preferably 1 level, large, open kitchen,  large master bedroom, walk in closets, walk in shower, lots of storage, garage, pool or hot tub would be a plus, workshop would be a plus too, at least 1 acre but would like more.

A handicap accessible home would be wonderful!!
